bejdb Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bejdb ("bejdb", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bejdb online gaming platform accessible at bejdb.org. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players, visitors, and registered account holders located in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where the Platform is accessible.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of bejdb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 1. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of bejdb is subject to the following eligibility requirements. These requirements are non-negotiable and strictly enforced. bejdb reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any feature of the bejdb Platform. bejdb does not permit use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the site.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any false or misleading information provided at registration, including false date of birth, constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be accessing bejdb from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bejdb is lawful in your location. bejdb does not represent that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
• You may hold only one registered account on bejdb. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bejdb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
• Self-excluded players — whether self-excluded via bejdb's own tools or via any third-party responsible gaming registry — are not eligible to create or use a bejdb account during the period of their self-exclusion. Circumventing a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a material breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with bejdb, you enter into a direct and personal agreement with the Platform. Your account is non-transferable and may only be used by you, the registered account holder. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bejdb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such unauthorised use is attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify bejdb immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Upon notification, bejdb will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
• bejdb uses KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification — prior to processing a withdrawal or when bejdb determines that verification is required for account security purposes.
• You must not share your bejdb account with any other person, allow any other person to use your account credentials, or operate an account on behalf of a third party. Each account is personal and must be used by the registered holder only.
• bejdb reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict an account at any time and without prior notice where bejdb reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the Platform or its users.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bejdb accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• Players are prohibited from depositing funds from sources that do not belong to them. Deposits made from a third-party wallet or account are a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.
• bejdb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification or pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. bejdb will notify the account holder of any such delay by the contact email registered on the account.
• Deposits credited to a bejdb account as a result of a technical error or platform malfunction are not valid funds. bejdb reserves the right to reverse any erroneously credited amount without prior notice.
• bejdb does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply its own service charges in accordance with its standard fee schedule. bejdb is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party wallet providers.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bejdb offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms specific to each promotion as communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Bonuses are not cash and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.

• bejdb reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already met the applicable qualifying criteria for that promotion.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, not cash.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. bejdb will not honour any bonus claimed by a player who is later determined to be under the age of 21, and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bejdb and constitute material breaches of these Terms. bejdb reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — in response to any of the following.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of any illegal activity.
• Registering or operating more than one bejdb account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access game outcomes in a manner not available to a standard human player.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the rules of any game offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or that allows play to continue beyond the available balance.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the registration process, KYC verification, or withdrawal request process.

6. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

bejdb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. bejdb provides tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through the account settings section of the Platform.

• Players who feel they may be developing a problem with gambling are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available in their bejdb account settings, or to contact bejdb support at [email protected] to request a manual self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• bejdb supports deposit limit tools that allow players to set a maximum amount they are willing to deposit over a defined time period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• bejdb will never directly market to a player who has self-excluded from the Platform. If you receive marketing communications after self-excluding, please notify bejdb support immediately at [email protected] so that we can rectify the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bejdb Platform — including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, audio, video, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the intellectual property of bejdb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bejdb. Unauthorised use of bejdb intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bejdb's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bejdb account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following limitations also apply.

• bejdb is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bejdb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• bejdb does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or disruptions beyond bejdb's control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. bejdb will not be liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.
• Game outcomes on bejdb are determined by certified RNG systems operated by third-party game providers. bejdb is not liable for any dispute regarding game outcomes where the relevant game provider's RNG system has operated correctly in accordance with its certified specifications.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bejdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or termination.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• bejdb's reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity, pending investigation by bejdb or relevant authorities.
• A player may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bejdb support. Where a voluntary closure request is received, any pending withdrawal of verified funds will be processed prior to account closure. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bejdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where bejdb makes a material change to these Terms, registered account holders will be notified by the email address registered on their account at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bejdb support. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bejdb operates. In the event of any dispute between you and bejdb, you agree to first contact bejdb support at [email protected] in writing and allow a period of thirty (30) days for bejdb to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before escalating the matter to any formal dispute resolution process. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that they access bejdb at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws in Bangladesh governing online gaming activities.
